Chamber Business After Hours - The Vintage Violet-Winthrop, Maine
The Vintage Violet will host the Winthrop Area Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours event on Thursday, June 19 from 5 to 7 pm. The event will be held at The Vintage Violet located at 41 Main Street-Winthrop, Maine. The Chamber's Annual Meeting will be a part of this event as well. Hope to see you there!

Fourth Annual Golf Scramble - Springbrook Golf Club in Leeds, Maine
The 4th Annual Winthrop Area Chamber of Commerce Golf Scramble will be held on Friday, June 20 at Springbrook Golf Club. The Shotgun Start will be at 12:30 PM (Rain or Shine). Registration/Lunch is from 11:30 AM – 12:15 PM.
The cost is $260.00 per foursome (includes golf cart & lunch). Hole sponsorship is $125.00. Hors d’oeuvres and Awards will follow the golf tournament. There will be Closest to the Pin & Long Drive Contests and many other great prizes.
The event is sponsored by Winthrop Area Federal Credit Union.

Fourth of July Fireworks - Norcross Point in Winthrop
Once again, the Winthrop Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to sponsor the Annual Fourth of July Fireworks Display. The Town of Winthrop will serve as host for the spectacular show which will take place at Norcross Point against the beautiful backdrop of Maranacook Lake. The fireworks display will occur at dusk (around 9 pm) on Friday, July 4.
Many believe that the fireworks are a municipal expense, but, in fact, more than 85% of the cost must be paid for by businesses, community organizations, and individuals. Sponsorship is needed to ensure that this tradition continues. In appreciation, the Chamber will list sponsoring businesses, individuals, and organizations in the Chamber’s Fourth of July advertising. Sidewalk Art Show - Main St.-Winthrop, Maine
The 21st Annual Winthrop Sidewalk Art Show will be held Saturday, August 23rd. Sponsored by the Winthrop Area Chamber of Commerce, the one-day art show will feature more than 80 regional artists and be held from 10 am to 4 pm, with judging completed by noon. In addition to the art show, there will be many other activities and events held in Winthrop, including the library book sale, church bake sales and luncheons, and specials at local merchants.
